We have established a robust and transparent communication channel for all Employees and Stakeholders of the Company to raise concerns and disclose any illegal, unethical and improper conduct and wrongdoings in an effective, responsible and secured manner.

All information provided by whistleblowers will be taken seriously and treated confidentially in accordance with the law under the Whistleblower Protection Act 2010.

The following are generally accepted as improper and reportable conduct for whistleblowing including but not limited to:

• Any unlawful or illegal activities, whether criminal or breach of trust
• Fraudulent, theft, embezzlement, or dishonest practice.
• Corruption and bribery
• Bullying and harassment
• Misappropriation of asset for personal use
• Actions which can cause physical danger/ harm to another person and/ or can give rise to risk of damage to properties/ assets
• Disclosure of company confidential information without proper authorization
• Forgery or alteration of any documents belonging to the Company
• Poor or unethical sales practices, including mis-selling
• Conflict of interest
• Misuse of position or information
• Any other similar or related irregularities
